The South Texas Medical Center is less than 2 miles away, USAA headquarters about a mile and the main UTSA campus around 10 minutes by car. Denny's, El Taco Tote and McDonald's are within a few hundred feet.

Rates at Flex Studios vary with the season, the day of the week and availability, and also with the room: the King Suite sleeps two and the Double Room up to four. Keep in mind that a cash damage deposit is collected on arrival and refunded after inspection, that pets carry an extra charge and that a surcharge may apply to credit card payments. For specific dates you can check availability with our booking partners.

Couples and solo travelers usually choose the King Suite, with one king bed for up to two guests. Families or colleagues sharing should look at the Double Room, which has two full beds and sleeps up to four. Both have a microwave, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with tub and shower; cribs and extra beds are not available.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The lobby closes at 11:00 PM and late arrivals cannot be checked in, so plan your trip accordingly. Bring a photo ID and a credit card; a damage deposit is collected in cash and refunded after inspection. The minimum check-in age is 18, or 21 during Spring Break, and early check-in depends on availability and comes with a charge.

The trip by VIA bus is possible but long and involves a change: check the VIA trip planner before you go.
